Shipping policy
Orders over $100.00 have free shipping (YAY). We currently only ship within the US. Orders are typically processed and transferred to UPS or USPS within 1-4 business days unless marked "pre-order" or fall in our sale and holiday shipping.
Sale and Holiday Shipping: Sale items are Final Sale. Sale and Holiday orders will begin shipping immediately but may take up to 2-4 weeks to ship due to high volumes.
Pre-Orders: The approximate shipping date for all Pre-Order items will be included below the pricing of every product. (Note: the date stated is approximate and may be subject to change at any time). If you purchase an in-stock item along with a Pre-Order item, your in-stock item will ship with your Pre-Order item when it becomes available. If you wish to have them shipped separately, please make two separate orders.
Orders will be shipped to the address provided by the customer at the time of check-out. It is the responsibility of the customer to provide the correct shipping address. Please make sure the address is correct (including your Paypal and Apple Pay address if you checkout with either of those) as we are not responsible for an incorrect address.
You can track your order from your account. The tracking information will be updated periodically and can take up to two days for the system to update the most current information.
While we hope your package doesn't ever get lost, we are not responsible for change of address or packages lost or delayed in the mail system. In the event your package goes missing during transit, we suggest you reach out to the carrier to resolve any issue.
